Our History

Gollings the Florists has a long history of excellence in floral design. The Company was established some 50 years ago and was originally located in the Southern Cross.

After the passing of Mr Gollings the company was purchased by The  Humphreys Family who have been in the floral industry for some 30 odd years

Dot and Neville Humphreys  run this exclusive florist business, offering their clients a 7 day a week service . Dot  is a member of the prestigious AIFD as well as FDA and ISES, An International Presenter and Qualified Floral Judge.

The Team at Gollings the Florists have positioned the company as one of Melbourne's premier advanced floral design supplier.

Our unique style has gained a loyal following of clients who are looking for floral designs that are sophisticated and different.

We specialize in all facets of floristry ranging from small posies of garden flowers to large corporate displays, functions and weddings.
